New York (ots/PRNewswire) - Knight Vinke is pleased to
announce the appointment of three senior members to its management
team and the further strengthening of its investment team.

James Knowles joins as a Managing Director and will be jointly
responsible for managing Knight Vinke's relationships with investors
primarily in Europe and the Middle East. He joins the firm having
worked for more than 20 years in investment banking, equity
syndication and institutional sales at Kleinwort Benson and Morgan
Stanley, and most recently with Chilton.

David Trenchard joins as a Managing Director and will be jointly
responsible for international client relations. Prior to joining the
firm, David was a Senior Consultant at Tulchan Communications, where
he advised Knight Vinke, and spent the previous 16 years at Morgan
Stanley where he held a variety of senior posts in investment
banking, corporate broking and institutional sales around the world.

Chris Ashworth joins as General Counsel, with 25 years of
experience as a top Corporate Finance and M&A lawyer in the City of
London. He was a partner at Ashurst for most of that time, being Head
of Corporate, Head of M&A, and Head of Telecoms. He has also been
Head of European M&A at O'Melveny & Myers and Head of Corporate
Finance at Lovells.

Jeremy Ozen joins the firm as a member of the Investment Team,
supporting the principals on all projects with research and analysis
of current and potential investments. He was previously an analyst at
Goldman Sachs working for its Special Situations Group in London.
Jeremy graduated in 2007 with a dual degree from the Wharton School
and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at the University
of Pennsylvania as part of the Jerome Fisher program.
